Typical delivery times are 3–7 business days for most continental US locations. Alaska and Hawaii may take 7–14 days. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we'll provide an estimated delivery window and tracking information.

Vehicles are transported by licensed enclosed or open car carrier services depending on your location and preference. The car arrives on a truck and is driven off directly to your specified address. You'll receive advance notice before the delivery window.

No hidden fees. The price listed is the vehicle price. Delivery is either free with FREEDRIVE26 or clearly stated at checkout. State taxes, registration, and title transfer costs are separate and depend on your state — your advisor will walk you through these before you complete the purchase.

For high-demand vehicles, a refundable holding deposit may be required to take it off the market while you finalize paperwork. This will be discussed with your advisor during the purchase process. No deposit is taken without your explicit agreement.

We stand behind every vehicle we sell. If the car arrives and doesn't match its described condition, contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the situation — including arranging a return if the vehicle materially differs from its listing. Our priority is that you're completely satisfied.
